Health Canada's Guidance For Providing Safe Drinking Water in Areas of Federal Jurisdiction recommends Federal facilities conduct a drinking water sanitary survey every 5 years on all drinking water systems, including small and/or municipally fed distribution only systems. A sanitary survey is a review of a drinking water system (from source to tap) to identify barriers or obstacles that prevent systems from doing their best to provide safe drinking water to their customers, and includes operational, maintenance, management and design factors. This webinar will provide attendees with an overview of the background, developing a structure that fits your needs, and implementation lessons learned (including during COVID). This will be followed by an open discussion with other federal peers.
